International cooperation / Research visits made during the bilateral project:

  • 1. In the period 07.07.2010 - 28.07.2010 a team of Prof. Romeo Cristian Ciobanu and Prof. Cristina Schreiner made a visit to the University of Cyprus. The two researchers from Romania visited the university laboratories, where were created and analyzed nano-conductive polymer composites. During this meeting the work and results obtained were discussed by researchers from Cyprus, and discussed the possibility of two articles published in this phase of the project results.
  • 2. In the period 27.10.2010 - 31.10.2010 we received the visit of a team from the University of Cyprus consists of Eng. Petri Papaphilippou and PhD Student. Eng Ioanna Savva. During the visit the two researcher participated at the workshop "Electrical Properties and Applications of Nano-Structured advanced systems - from Towards bilateral international cooperation" (EPAANS) of the "6-th International Conference on Electrical and Power Engineering" organized by our faculty. In addition to this workshop, the researchers participated in all workshops, poster sessions and oral sessions of the Conference, establishing new contacts with experts in the field of brand research.
  • 3. In the period 12.07.2011 - 26.07.2011 a team of Prof. Romeo Cristian Ciobanu and Prof.Cristina Schreiner made a visit to the University of Cyprus. The two researchers from Romania participated in joint meetings of the working teams of the bilateral project RO-CY and discussed with experts from Cyprus to complete the project activities, visited laboratories and performed common tests in the frame of the project activities of nano-structured materials jointly developed.
